You can make changes anytime after you receive a confirmation of reservation. We need 4 days advance cancellation notice to receive the minimum cancellation fee. Please note we charge a fee for any cancellation or change to a reservation.
  • If you cancel a reservation 4 or more calendar days before arrival, this would qualify for the minimum cancellation fee. For example:
    • If you are to arrive on Friday, the 27th, you must cancel by 11:59 pm on Monday the 23rd.
    • If you cancel anytime after 12:00 am on Tuesday, the 24th, you will lose the 2 night fee (1 night for a 1 night stay). Please refer to the fee schedule for more information.
  • Reservation/change/cancellation fees are non-refundable.
  • If you leave before your departure date, you may be eligible for a camping voucher. You need to complete a camping voucher request form for the number of unused nights. There must be a reason for your departure on the form. We must receive the form at the administration office in Formosa within 20 days. There will be no cash refunds at the gatehouse or head office, only a camping voucher issued for a later date. These requests may take up to 30 days to process. Weather-related reasons do not qualify for a camping voucher.
  • Campers evicted from the campground for any reason are not eligible for reimbursement.
