RFP OPEN - Public Safety Risk Assessment and Public Safety Plan, Hanover Dam, Town of Hanover
Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority currently works in cooperation with our municipal partners and regulatory agencies to maintain several water and erosion control infrastructure projects within the Saugeen watershed. The SVCA is currently responsible for coordinating the inspection, maintenance, and repair of this infrastructure, including dams, dykes, erosion, and slope stability projects.
In 2022/2023, SVCA retained an external consultant to undertake inspections of its water and erosion infrastructure to comment on structural condition and provide general recommendations for maintenance and public safety. A public safety risk assessment and public safety plan were recommended for the Hanover Dam.
SVCA is interested in retaining an experienced consultant to complete a detailed public safety risk assessment and public safety plan for the Hanover Dam, in the Town of Hanover.
