All vehicles must stop at the gatehouse to check in with gate staff. Staff will provide you a camping permit before you proceed to your campsite.
- You must display your camping permit on your dashboard. You must show these to gate staff upon entry.
- Drivers must obey the Highway Traffic Act. This includes posted speed limits and signs. You must be aware of pedestrians (especially children) at all times. We do not allow all terrain vehicles (ATVs), golf carts etc. in the campground.
- Generators are not permitted in the campground. We allow them in equestrian and group areas only, operated from 9am to 9pm.
- Campsites must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Deposit all garbage in proper receptacles located within the campground. If a campsite is left untidy, we will charge a fee of $150.00 to your credit card.
- The Conservation Authority encourages recycling. Please utilize the proper recycling bins on site.
- If you use the campground or facilities, you must keep it in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
- Beach and swimming areas are not supervised. Use at your own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s safety.
- We will not tolerate rowdy behavior, excessive noise or swearing.
- Fireworks are not permitted as per regulation.
- Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority assumes no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury. We also assume no responsibility for loss/damage to vehicles or personal property.
