Summer 2026 Employment Opportunities Now Open at Saugeen Conservation

Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority is now accepting applications for four seasonal summer employment opportunities across several conservation areas for the 2026 season.

These roles are ideal for people who enjoy working outdoors, supporting public recreation spaces, and contributing to the day-to-day care of Saugeen Conservation properties throughout the watershed. Positions run primarily from May to Labour Day 2026, with some roles requiring availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Currently Open Positions

  • Security and Park Maintenance Workers
    Located at Durham Conservation Area and Saugeen Bluffs Conservation Area. These roles combine park maintenance with policy enforcement and public interaction, and are well suited for students pursuing policing or security-related studies.

  • Gate Attendant and Park Maintenance Workers
    Multiple positions at Saugeen Bluffs Conservation Area and Durham Conservation Area, supporting campground operations, visitor services, and daily park maintenance.

    One position primarily based at Sulphur Spring Conservation Area, with work across other Saugeen Conservation properties as needed.
