Why work for us?

SVCA’s Administrative Office is situated in the heart of the Saugeen Valley watershed, which covers 15 member municipalities. Our work is local, practical, and tied directly to the communities we serve.

We offer competitive public sector compensation and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work. At SVCA, you are part of a small, dedicated team where people know each other by name and take pride in what they do.

You will have direct access to experienced professionals across disciplines, with the ability to learn, contribute, and see the impact of your work firsthand. It is a place where your effort is visible, your voice matters, and your work connects to something bigger than the day-to-day.
